Pallet Wine Racks (spring collection)

FullSizeRender 2-2IMG_5601

Prior to leaving for east Africa at the beginning of January, I had started working on some new concepts for the pallet wine rack that incorporated more natural elements like you see above. Moss, dried flowers, stone, seashells, pinecones, etc. still give the piece that rustic feel but add a feminine touch.

I had all of these big plans since returning home, but the little mosquito that bit me while I was away delayed those plans.  Though I’ve been thinking of new creative ideas while I’ve been laid up in bed, I’m banned from operating power tools (grrrrrrrrr) for a little bit longer. I at least wanted to share some of the things I made before the trip as a preview of what’s to come. In addition to making the traditional wine racks (available in bold and neutral colors) like the one below, new ones will be available with a bit of the woods, burlap, and/or stenciled or wooden phrases incorporated.  More designs to come!
